"Lasted all shift, but the wait was annoying"
I’ll give credit where it’s due, it actually lasted through my whole shift, which was a nice surprise. I was just frustrated with how long I had to wait before I could really use it/get the full effect. Once it finally settled in, though, it held up really well

"Well packed and arrived safely"
I ordered a few things from Kryolan and I’m grateful everything showed up safe and in good shape. The packaging was solid, nothing leaked, and nothing was broken, which is always a relief. The box was a little bigger than it needed to be and had some extra packing inside, but that didn’t really bother me. Overall, it looked neat and did a good job protecting the products. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Box was crushed and an item was missing"
My package showed up with the box completely crushed, and the palette wasn’t even inside. Like, make it make sense, how does it arrive damaged and missing something? Frustrating.

"Good deals when you catch a sale"
kryolan can definitely feel a little pricey at full price, so I waited for a sale and ended up getting a decent deal on a few things. The checkout process was smooth and easy, which I appreciated. I do wish the discounts popped up more often, but I’d still shop here again when there’s another good offer.

Not gonna lie, I grabbed a few pro items for a shoot and everything showed up exactly as expected. Used them on set and they worked great with zero hassle. Definitely something I’d order again...

I really like that Kryolan lists the ingredients so clearly. I’ve got sensitive skin, so being able to check everything before I buy makes a big difference. A lot of sites don’t make it this easy, so I’m really happy with it

"Super Pigmented, Just Go Easy"
Reading between the lines, this is one of those products where the quality is definitely there, but you have to know how to use it. The pigmentation is really strong, so a tiny bit goes a long way. The colors show up nicely on my skin and don’t get patchy, which I really appreciate. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few shades need a lighter hand and some careful blending, otherwise they can look heavy quickly. Still, overall, it’s a really good product.

"Wrong Shade, But They Did Fix It"
I ordered one shade and ended up getting a different one, which was frustrating at first. Customer support did sort it out, though it took longer than I expected. I mean, these things happen, and they were nice enough about it, so it wasn’t the worst experience.

"Decent overall, but not the smoothest"
The website works okay overall, and I did end up finding the products I needed. That said, it took a little more clicking around than I expected. A few pages loaded kind of slowly for me, and I wish the filters were better, especially when trying to browse different shades. Checkout was actually fine, so that part wasn’t a big issue. It’s definitely usable, just not the easiest or smoothest shopping experience.

"I ordered a foundation and a lipstick…"
I ordered a foundation and a lipstick from kryolan.com, the shades were close to the photos, which is more than I can say for a lot of makeup sites. The lipstick looked almost exactly like the picture, but the foundation was just a tiny bit warmer in real life. Not a huge deal, but still kind of annoying when you're trying to match something based on online photos. That said, it matched better than most other sites I’ve tried, so I’ll give it 4 stars. Not perfect, but close enough

Got the Kryolan makeup and it seems genuine to me. I did a quick check on the packaging and all that stuff, and nothing looked off or fake. Basically, it checked out fine and I’m happy with it.

"Pretty colors, but a little hit or miss"
I actually liked a lot of these, especially the colors because they is really pretty. A couple of them felt a bit dry on me though, and some didn’t last as long as I was hoping. Still, it’s not bad overall and I’d probably use the ones I liked again.

"Quick and easy order"
I ordered from kryolan.com and was surprised by how fast everything arrived. I got the dispatch email quickly, and the parcel turned up a couple of days later, packed well with no problems at all. I was half expecting it to take longer, but the whole process was really smooth. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Nice finish, but patch test first"
I’ve tried a few Kryolan products the finish looks really nice on the skin. My skin is sensitive though, and one of the products did make me feel a bit itchy after wearing it for a while. I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was, because it wasn’t a huge issue for me, but I’d definitely suggest doing a small patch test first just to be safe.

I tried kryolan because my skin is super sensitive and a lot of makeup makes me itchy almost right away. This foundation actually sat nicely on my skin and didn’t cause any breakouts after wearing it for a few hours, which was a relief. It did feel a little heavy at first, but not in a way my skin reacted badly to. My only issue was picking a shade online took way longer than it should have, and that part felt unnecessary. Still, overall it worked better than I expected.
